This HWPO Training workout is a comprehensive and approachable version of Mat Fraser’s very own training regime used to help him win the CrossFit™ Games five times. In this one hour session, you’ll receive a sample of what our HWPO FLAGSHIP program is like, while training alongside other HARD WORKERS. Athletes of all abilities are welcome and scalable options will be available. We can’t wait to meet and train with you!
