HWPO Training is comprised of workouts inspired by Mat Fraser’s very own training regime used to help him win the CrossFit™ Games five times. In this exclusive, hands-on training camp, you'll work with HWPO Training coaches on skills, movement, mindset and more, all while training alongside other HARD WORKERS. Come ready to learn and put in WORK in this immersive one-day experience. Athletes of all abilities are welcome and scalable options will be available. We can’t wait to meet and train with you!
