If you've pre-ordered an item, we'll keep in touch via email as and when we have updates. If your order contains on-hand and pre-ordered items, we'll fulfil your order in two separate deliveries.

We offer a 45-day return window for orders placed within the U.S. At this time we do not accept international returns. Only items that have been unworn and unwashed will be eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges.
Please click here to initiate a return. Once delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
