WHAT IS ABC HOPES?
ABC Hopes is dedicated to enabling individuals with intellectual disabilities to make positive contributions to society. They achieve this by providing opportunities that enhance their social, physical, and educational/life skills such as activities and fitness classes.
Given the various health risks associated with intellectual disabilities, prioritizing the improvement of physical well-being is crucial. Engaging in regular physical activity not only fosters healthier daily routines but also contributes to a positive overall lifestyle.
