HWPO CLASSIC is a community based daily metcon. No warmups, skill or strength. Perfect if you’re looking to get back in the gym, throw down with friends or sub out the metcon from your followed program with a CLASSIC one.

Like an old school box blog, Mat Fraser has designed these workouts for HARD WORKERS of all abilities who just want to throw down a daily metcon. This is not a progression based program with strength cycles or movement skill work. JUMP IN and WORK HARD.
HWPO CLASSIC is a collection of daily workouts ranging from 10-30 minutes long. CLASSIC workout formats like 21-15-9 Couplets, EMOMs and long Chipper style workouts where the only thing to do is simply chip away at the mountain of work ahead of you. Not to mention memorable historic event workouts like 18.2 Open Workout and Friendly Fran.
SHOW UP every Saturday for a longer workout with more components.
Access to a fully equipped gym is required for HWPO CLASSIC.
You can expect a variety of machine work on rower, bike erg, ski erg and echo bike as well as use of med balls, Dballs and sandbags. Additionally, barbells and plates, dumbbells, kettlebells and access to a rig will be required.
