PRO Commitments

TRAINING VOLUME

Ability to train 2 sessions per day, 5 days a week, 90-120 minutes per session. These are reduced for TIME LIMITED.

COMPETENCY EXPECTATIONS

We expect competency in WEIGHTLIFTING & GYMNASTICS. You should be able to perform all gymnastic movements in metcons without scaling or modifying due to skill acquisition or strength.

Requirements

We ask for at least 12 MONTHS CROSSFIT® EXPERIENCE, and most importantly, A COMPETITIVE MINDSET. You’ll also need access to odd objects like sandbags, farmer’s carry handles, and all gymnastics equipment like ropes, rings and handstand ramps.
