Justin Sweeney has been immersed in CrossFit since high school, going on to coach at the affiliate level before earning his degree in Exercise Science from the University of Vermont. With a background built on real coaching experience and academic knowledge, Justin brings a calm, structured approach to programming that helps athletes of every level feel capable, confident and supported. His goal is simple: to give you the tools, structure and guidance to show up consistently and make real progress, wherever you're starting from.
