HWPO Training Workout

In this one hour session, you’ll receive a sample of what our HWPO AFFILIATE programming is like, while training alongside other HARD WORKERS. We’ll take you through a warm-up, killer workout and cool down, while providing coaching and tips along the way. Athletes of all abilities are welcome and scalable options will be available. We can’t wait to meet and train with you!
