HWPO Training at the Rogue Invitational

2024 will see a new venue for the 6th annual Rogue Invitational: Aberdeen, Scotland.

Scotland is one of the few places on earth so closely entwined with feats of strength, naturally making it a great fit to host this year’s event. The sixth edition will continue showcasing some of the most prominent athletes in both CrossFit^® and Strongman for a weekend of competition and community.

The Rogue Invitational started in 2019 as a CrossFit^® sanctioned event and has evolved into a significant event for high-level athletes. HWPO Training will be SHOWING UP in Scotland, and you can learn more here.
