The 2-day track is a condensed version that pairs perfectly with your current training plan. Each week focuses on the movements, pacing, and fatigue-specific work HYROX demands, without overloading your schedule.

Yes! If you have an ALL ACCESS membership (monthly or annual), the HWPO HYROX prep track is included for no additional cost.
You will be able to drop-down within the app and select which track you’d like to follow at any given time. 5x/week is ideal if you’re not following another training program, and 2x/week works perfect to layer in with another program, exercise modality or training plan you’re already following. On average, sessions take about 60 minutes.
Individuals who have some exposure to CrossFit-style movements and training will see the greatest success, but we do provide movement demonstrations and additional support if you’re a fairly novice athlete. Whether you’re taking on your first HYROX race or giving it another go, you’ll see increased confidence and preparedness from this prep track.

Basic functional fitness equipment is required, as well as a safe place to run.
You’ll receive the full 8-week program upfront. That includes all sessions for your chosen track (5-day or 2-day), so you can plan ahead, make adjustments, and train at your own pace.

Athletes who are active in our functional fitness programs, like FLAGSHIP 2.0/60, PRO, RUN or SWEAT have a good transfer of ability into regular HYROX races. Consider trying a 2-week FREE TRIAL of any of our programs, and then run through the HYROX prep again 8 weeks out from your next race time.
The HWPO Training free trial offer depends on your subscription type:
HWPO ALL ACCESS: The free trial is available to new members who have never subscribed to HWPO Training before. If you’ve previously had a subscription to any individual program, you will not be eligible for the ALL ACCESS trial.
Individual Programs: Free trials are available for first-time subscribers to our monthly subscription programs. For example, if you’ve previously subscribed to FLAGSHIP, you won’t receive another trial for it, but you can still trial SWEAT if you haven’t used it before.
We do not offer trials for fixed length programs that have a one-time payment.
