Aimee has devoted the last 30 years to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting as an athlete, including time at the Olympic Training Center and as a coach.

In her 15 years as a coach, Aimee became the second female International Coach in USA Weightlifting and the first and only female to coach at the Olympic Games—both very prestigious accomplishments as a female coach.

Aimee coaches Olympic Weightlifting across all levels - she has youth, National level, and Masters athletes and CrossFit® athletes. As the only female coach at the Olympic Games, Aimee has guided athletes to 15 American Records, 2 Pan American Records, a youth world record, a youth world champion, a junior world silver medalist, multi-pan American champion, world silver medalist, and athletes at youth, Junior, Masters, and Senior nationals, multiple national champions, and has coached at 7 Pan Am Championships and 8 World Championships

Her goal is to help people improve in life and sport through mental work, strength, fitness & health, and happiness—in and outside the gym. Aimee dedicates her life to helping others achieve their goals and welcomes all levels.
