Jake Marconi
Jake has coached in the CrossFit® space for seven years at the affiliate level, working with all fitness abilities, from the elite to the newcomer.
Jake is the head coach for the HWPO STRONG 2.0 program. Through the years, he has studied various programming methods, testing them on himself and those he’s trained. He has honed the ability to speak to and help the most advanced and inexperienced athletes.
He brings practical knowledge to programming through years of experience as a coach and an athlete. Jake has also competed at the Regionals/Semifinals level since 2018.
