Effective July 24, 2025 at 7:00 AM EST through July 25, 2025 at 7:00 AM EST (the “Promotional Period”), HWPO Training will offer limited-time promotions as part of our Legacy Day campaign. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
GENERAL TERMS
- Offers are only valid during the Promotional Period. Orders or sign-ups placed before 7:00 AM EST on July 24, 2025, or after 7:00 AM EST on July 25, 2025, will not be eligible.
- No rain checks or retroactive discounts will be applied.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or discount codes unless explicitly stated.
- HWPO Training reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- All offers are subject to availability while supplies last.

- Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (USD), subtotal before taxes, discounts, or other charges, will qualify for free standard shipping. Duties, customs fees, and other carrier-imposed fees are not covered and remain the customer’s responsibility.
- 16% Off All Items: Automatically applied at checkout. No additional discount codes may be used in conjunction with this offer.
- Eligible Merchandise: Offers apply only to purchases made directly through shop.hwpotraining.com. Merchandise purchased through third-party retailers or resellers is not eligible.

PROGRAMMING OFFERS
- Annual All Access – 5 Months Free: New All Access subscribers will receive 12 months for the price of 7 (a savings of 5 months). Payment is collected in full at checkout. Offer is non-refundable and non-transferable. No partial refunds or credits will be issued if the subscription is canceled before the 12-month period ends, regardless of circumstance. After the first 12-month period, your account will automatically renew at the regular subscription price unless canceled before the billing date. - Free Trial Eligibility: All Access free trial offers are available to new HWPO members only. If you currently have or previously had a HWPO Training subscription, you will not be eligible for the free trial. This ensures fair access for new users.
GIVEAWAYS
As part of the Legacy Day campaign, HWPO Training may host giveaways on Instagram and in Circle. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Participation in giveaways is completely voluntary. No purchase is required to enter or win.

- Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of HWPO Training and will be notified either directly via Instagram from @hwpotraining, or by a member of the HWPO Training team through the Circle platform. HWPO Training will not contact winners through unofficial accounts or ask for payment or sensitive personal information to claim a prize.
- Giveaway eligibility may be subject to age and geographic restrictions. Void where prohibited by law.
