Kick off the weekend strong with warm-up led by GOWOD, followed by a a solid SWEAT workout, led by HWPO Training. HWPO SWEAT is 45 minutes start to finish of no-fuss fitness. If you’re looking to WORK HARD and get your heart pumping, this is for you! There are no skill progressions or complex techniques, just a solid bodyweight workout to help you SHOW UP and build consistency in movement. Athletes of all abilities are welcome and scalable options will be available. We can’t wait to meet and train with you!
