FOCUS is designed to help members address their weaknesses and reach their full potential. Access a new focus every 8-weeks that’s dedicated to improving specific modalities and skills. Each cycle includes detailed coaching progressions, ensuring members improve fast while enabling coaches to deliver the highest value.
FOCUS offers flexibility for gym owners and coaches. It can be delivered as a class or in a semi-private training format. Given the high-value, skill-specific nature of the program, we recommend implementing it as a semi-private option. This allows for more individualized attention, fosters stronger member-coach relationships, and accelerates progress.

HYROX® is a complete training program for athletes who want to compete, or simply train at that level.
With 7 days of programming each week, you have the flexibility to offer as many HYROX® classes as your schedule allows. Each day has a specific focus—strength, conditioning, running, or mixed modalities, so you can pick what fits your gym, or go all in on the full week. Either way, every session has a defined purpose.
For athletes training HYROX® exclusively, the variety across the week covers everything they need: aerobic capacity, functional strength, and race-specific preparation.
