Program your gym for success

Comprehensive, structured classes designed to elevate your affiliate’s offerings.

The CLASS program delivers 7 expertly programmed workouts per week, each lasting 60 minutes. Sessions include warm-ups, a two-part workout, and optional homework for members to complete outside of class. Guided by the pillars of BALANCED, CHALLENGING, and FUN, this program uses progressive cycles to develop core fitness attributes like strength, power, endurance, and overall physical preparedness.

Class plans include time stamps, extensive coaching notes, educational support and movement or format substitutions whenever needed.

High-impact training for every member

Low skill, high intensity workouts to maximize gym accessibility and member engagement.

SWEAT offers 6 weekly HIIT-style sessions designed for gyms needing scalable classes that attract a broader range of members. 45 minute workouts that deliver consistent HARD WORK for full body training, perfect for members seeking lower-skill options or a quick, effective workout.

Focus

Speciality training for skill and performance growth

FOCUS is designed to help members address their weaknesses and reach their full potential. Access a new focus every 8-weeks that’s dedicated to improving specific modalities and skills. Each cycle includes detailed coaching progressions, ensuring members improve fast while enabling coaches to deliver the highest value.

FOCUS offers flexibility for gym owners and coaches. It can be delivered as a class or in a semi-private training format. Given the high-value, skill-specific nature of the program, we recommend implementing it as a semi-private option. This allows for more individualized attention, fosters stronger member-coach relationships, and accelerates progress.

Beyond enhancing member experience, FOCUS is an excellent revenue-generating tool for gyms, offering a premium service that keeps members engaged and consistently improving.

bodybuilding

Functional hypertrophy for every athlete

Offer a dedicated hypertrophy track designed to build muscle, improve body composition, and correct structural imbalances.

The BODYBUILDING program delivers 5 weekly sessions focused on aesthetics and quality movement. This 60-90 minute program combines traditional bodybuilding principles with functional strength, perfect for members wanting to prioritize "the pump" and physique goals over the clock.

Keep members engaged and in-house by providing the high-volume strength work they crave, eliminating the need for them to seek a secondary gym membership.

EMOM 40

Iconic training for real results

A staple in Mat Fraser’s training, now a cornerstone for your gym.

The HWPO EMOM 40 program combines aerobic conditioning with traditional CrossFit-style movements, delivered in a focused 40-minute format. Programmed twice weekly, it’s ideal for active recovery, targeting weaknesses, or providing members with a longer low-impact but effective training option.

Accessory

Strength, stability, and longevity

Add value to your gym with sessions designed for joint health and quality movement.

The ACCESSORY program features 2 different 60-minute sessions each week that focus on upper and lower body strength, stability, and joint resilience. Using a mix of unilateral movements, free weights, and body weight exercises, it complements members’ training without risk of overtraining.

This program helps affiliate owners provide an additional layer of support for members, promoting injury prevention and long-term performance.

HYROX

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH MEETS ENDURANCE and everything in between 

HYROX® is a complete training program for athletes who want to compete, or simply train at that level.

With 7 days of programming each week, you have the flexibility to offer as many HYROX® classes as your schedule allows. Each day has a specific focus—strength, conditioning, running, or mixed modalities, so you can pick what fits your gym, or go all in on the full week. Either way, every session has a defined purpose.

For athletes training HYROX® exclusively, the variety across the week covers everything they need: aerobic capacity, functional strength, and race-specific preparation.

Each session includes warm-ups, defined objectives, and scaling guidance. Whether your members are chasing a podium or just want a training program worth building around, HYROX® gives them exactly that.
