Griffin Roelle has spent more than 15 years coaching strength and conditioning, developing both elite CrossFit® athletes and championship-level teams. A three-time CrossFit® Games competitor, both individually and on a team, he once earned the title of the strongest athlete in the field. Before CrossFit®, Griffin was an accomplished football player, winning a national championship in college and ranking as Georgia’s top high school receiver. His athletic journey fuels his approach to coaching: combining technical precision with relentless work ethic. Griffin’s mission is to help athletes become the best version of themselves—stronger, more resilient, and ready to perform when it matters most.
