Take on one of HWPO's signature EMOM-40 workouts in this one hour session built around consistent effort and smart pacing. Athletes of all ages and abilities are welcome, with additional modification options provided for Masters athletes where appropriate. Our coaches will guide you through the workout, provide movement options, and help you get the most from the session. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get set up, and please complete the waiver sent via email upon registration prior to your class.
