
Celebrate 10 Years of HARD WORK by taking on the official Legacy Day workout alongside the community. This one hour session features the workout that athletes around the world will complete in honor of Legacy Day. Our coaches will guide you through a warm-up, workout briefing, and cool down while providing modifications for all ability levels. Whether you're chasing a PR or simply showing up, we're excited to celebrate with you. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get set up, and please complete the waiver sent via email upon registration prior to your class.
