Join Mat Fraser for a bodybuilding-inspired training session focused on building muscle, moving well, and enjoying the process. Expect classic accessory movements, plenty of volume, and a great pump. Athletes of all experience levels are welcome, with coaches providing guidance and scaling options throughout the workout. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get set up, and please complete the waiver sent via email upon registration prior to your class.
