
In this one hour session, you'll experience an HWPO SWEAT workout designed to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling accomplished. Expect simple movements, minimal technical skill, and plenty of hard work. Our coaches will guide you through a warm-up, workout, and cool down while offering scaling options for every fitness level. Whether you're new to training or a seasoned athlete, come ready to sweat. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get set up, and please complete the waiver sent via email upon registration prior to your class.
