A LEGACY STILL BEING WRITTEN
The standard never changed. The people carrying it did.
On July 24, 2016, Mat Fraser won his first CrossFit Games. What began as a record setting run on the competition floor grew into a global community of individuals who SHOW UP and WORK HARD.
For ten years, HARD WORK PAYS OFF has been more than a mantra. It’s become the standard that connects hard workers around the world. Today, the HWPO community carries that same standard forward. They show up, embrace the work and continue writing their own chapters.
