For 10 years, since Mat Fraser’s first CrossFit Games championship, HARD WORK has brought people together. Every July 24, HWPO celebrates this legacy with our best offers of the year, new merch, and exclusives.
Standards and scaling
Any rowing machine is acceptable.
Athletes of all levels are encouraged to participate.
Thruster weights may be scaled as needed.
Full movement standards and class plans will be provided.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Open to gyms worldwide, whether you’re a HWPO Affiliate or not!
- Workout must be completed and submitted by 8 PM ET on Monday, July 27.
- No purchase necessary.
Prize Requirements
To qualify for prize drawings, participating gyms must:
- Have members submit scores to the official leaderboard.
- Post at least one photo from their event on a gym or coach Instagram account.
- Tag @hwpotraining in the post.
Score Submission
- Video submissions are not required.
- All scores are accepted on the honor system.
- Athletes may scale movements and loads as needed.
Giveaway Details
- Three winning gyms will be selected at random from eligible participants.
- T-shirt quantities are limited to a maximum of 250 per gym.
- The specific shirt/hat/merch sent to you may be different than that pictured.
- The gym with the highest number of submitted scores will receive three months of complimentary HWPO AFFILIATE programming.
