Why haven't I received my invitation yet?

The new HWPO app is being rolled out automatically over several days. Depending on your device settings and app store, your update may arrive before or after other members.

Can I update manually?

Yes. Depending on your device, you may be able to update the HWPO app manually from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before it updates automatically.

Will I lose my subscription?

No. Your existing subscription stays exactly the same. There's nothing to buy and you won't be charged again when you move to the new app.

Will my training history move across?

Yes. Most of your training history moves across automatically.

If you're currently following LIFT or STRONG, you'll begin from Week 1, Day 1 in the new app. This isn't because you've lost your progress. Both programs have been rebuilt with the latest programming and coaching updates, and your coaches have planned for this transition. If you'd prefer to finish your current training block first, you'll still be able to access your previous LIFT or STRONG program through our web app.

What happens to my benchmarks and personal records?

As we migrate your training data to the new app, some benchmark results and workout history may take a little time to appear.

If there are benchmark results or personal records you're actively tracking, we recommend making a note of them before your app updates, just in case they're temporarily unavailable during the migration.

Why do I need to create a new password?

The new HWPO app uses a new account system. After your app updates, simply sign in using the same email address connected to your HWPO membership and select Forgot Password? to create your new password.

Which email address should I use?

Use the same email address you use for your existing HWPO account. This allows us to connect you to your existing HWPO membership.

Do I need to use the same email address?

Yes. Always use the same email address for both the mobile app and the web app where you manage your account and subscriptions. This ensures your subscription and training stay linked to the same account.

I haven't received my password reset email.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, please contact the HWPO Support Team at contact@hwpotraining.com.

Where do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription, payment method and billing details in the web app. Subscription management isn't currently available in the mobile app.

Can I still use the current HWPO app?

Until your app updates, continue using the current HWPO app as normal. Once you've successfully signed into the new app, you'll continue your training there instead.

I'm an All Access member. Do I need to change anything?

No. Your All Access membership carries over automatically. Once you've moved to the new app, simply open any included training program from the Home screen and start training.

How do I change to a different training program?

You can change programs from the web app by managing your subscription. Once you've changed your plan, simply sign back into the mobile app using the same email address.
