Inspired by HWPO FLAGSHIP, Mat Fraser’s HWPO 60 program is based on percentages, scaling and modifying allowing both beginner and advanced athletes to progress. If you’re limited on time but looking to WORK HARD towards your personal bests with a quality program, this one’s for you!
HWPO 60 allows HARD WORKERS to progress in strength and skill while getting you in and out of the gym in 60 minutes for 4-6 days each week. The daily structure includes an intentional warmup, one focused strength piece and rowing OR a daily metcon and concludes with accessory and core combined. The program provided is 6 days a week, if your busy schedule does not allow for 6 days, you can use the reschedule feature in the app to move at your own pace.
Access to a fully equipped gym is necessary to get the most out of training. If skill or equipment is limited, our extensive resource library with curated videos by Mat Fraser and team, plus access to our HWPO Training coaches in the members only Circle channel will guide you in scaling and modifications.
You can expect a variety of machine work on rower, bike erg, ski erg and echo bike as well as use of med balls, Dballs and sandbags. Additionally, barbells and plates, dumbbells, kettlebells and access to a rig will be required.

HWPO 60 is designed in 60 minute sessions, four to six days a week.
Life happens! If you miss a day or two, our team suggests following the days as prescribed. Simply adjust the day in your app to move the day you missed, to the current calendar date.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly billing is automated unless you cancel.
