Colette Casey
A lifelong competitor and mother of three, Colette brings Division I athletic experience and CrossFit® Games success. After years of coaching, competing, and leading in the sport, she now develops athletes across all levels—blending empathy, intensity, and precision to help them perform at their best.
A lifelong competitor, mother of three, and former Division I soccer captain, Colette Casey brings leadership and experience both on and off the competition floor. After her collegiate career at Florida State and coaching tenure at UC Irvine, Colette found CrossFit® in 2012 and has been immersed in the sport ever since—coaching, managing gyms, and competing at an elite level. She qualified for Semifinals in 2022 and stood on the podium at the 2023 CrossFit® Games in the Masters 35–39 division. Colette now channels her experience into developing athletes across divisions, including CrossFit® Games individual competitor Shahad Budebs.
