I have owned CrossFit JXN since 2015. I started CrossFit in 2012 and have competed at the Regional/Semifinal level since 2014. I also competed in the last three Master's CrossFit Games in the 35-39 division. My roots are all soccer! I love working with anyone chasing a high level goal.
