Michele started in the CrossFit space as a front desk clerk in 2009. Within the first year, she got her Level 1 and started coaching full-time. Over the years, Michele has taken on many roles within the CrossFit space: coach, manager, owner, CrossFit Games athlete, Games coach and was even on the Level 1 Seminar Staff.
In the past 7 years, Michele has embraced her role as coach and programmer. Coaching Games-level athletes such as 7-year CrossFit Games athlete and 5x podium finisher Patrick Vellner with a recent 2nd place finish at the 2023 CrossFit Games.
Alongside coaching Games level athletes, Michele has been focusing on affiliate programming for many years pulling together the different perspectives and ideas that she has gathered over the years.
