In this session you’ll receive a sample of what our HWPO Training programming is like, while training alongside other HARD WORKERS. We’ll take you through a warm-up, killer workout and cool down, while providing coaching and tips along the way. Athletes of all abilities are welcome, and scalable options will be available. Meet the team behind the programming at HWPO Training — we can't wait to see you there.

- Meet and Greet: 6-6:25PM
